These guys are amazing! They have made the entire process of dealing with a major flood in our home a lot easier. From the initial contact with Bryce to the workers who did all the did the drywall, these guys are the best! Customer service at its finest. Thanks again guys!

After the trauma of a SWAT standoff in my home I was lucky enough to have my insurance refer this company. They are amazing! Ryan, Bryce and Randy and the mitigation crew were over at my home within a matter of hours and were reassuring me that they would take good care of my home. Every single person that has been in my home has been respectful, kind and caring. So blessed that this is the company I have been able to work with. Their motto is “making disasters disappear”… That is exactly what has happened in my situation. They have made this as smooth and seamless as possible so that we can move forward ourselves. So So Impressed in every way! I was dreading having to have someone come in to take care of my flood because my last experience with a restoration company was a total nightmare. They have been friendly and professional in every way. They have kept me informed as to what and when they’ll be doing things. When Randy came in to start the cleanup and dry out part he made sure to setup containment areas so the dust didn’t invade our home and we can still comfortably live in our home during the repairs. A 100% different experience from the other company.

These guys are great! Our whole basement was covered in water and mud, they showed up within an hour and spent the rest of the day and most of the night cleaning up so we didn’t have to sleep in a muddy house. Their employees were very kind and did whatever it took to make things right again. Thanks so much to the whole crew, you guys are awesome.

Randy and Roger worked so hard and efficiently. I am impressed and pleased with ALL they have done to save us from such a horrible experience!

I was set to close on the sale of my mother’s house the day I called Utah Flood and Fire. When Chris and Randy showed up the water had been leaking for at least a day. Chris did such a good job reassuring the buyer that the sale closed on schedule even though the work had only just started and the adjuster hadn’t even been out yet. Thank you so much!
